Shipping &Returns

Vegoos provides two types of express delivery: standard logistics and commercial logistics, and we provide free standard logistics for all orders.

365-Day Warranty
Vegoos offers a 365-day warranty (from the date of receipt of the product) covering obvious defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, neglect or improper care.

30-Day Exchanges and Returns
Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged, refunded or replaced within 30 days of receipt. If the item expires within this 30-day period, refund/refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed. Each order can be exchanged/returned once for any reason. Please note that "Exchange Order" is not eligible for another exchange/return.

If we make a mistake in processing the order, such as wrong prescription, sending the wrong item, etc., we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the product and will replace the product or refund in full.

If you accidentally make a mistake in your order, we are sorry that we will not be responsible for providing the prepaid shipping label and you should return the product on your own.
1. If you want a refund or return, the original shipping cost on the order (if any) is non-refundable. Refunds/returns (if any, excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 7 days after we receive your returned package. 2. If you want to exchange, we will send the new item to you after receiving your returned package. Please note that the price of the new item should be the same as the original item, if there is a price difference, you need to make up.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order or modify the information, please contact us in time, we will charge different fees according to different situations.

About Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to shipping delays, your refund may take an additional 3-7 business days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
